<div>- Help manage the fundraising process for the CATII &amp; CATII Private Equity strategies<br /> - Maintain and foster LP relationships with family offices, high net worth, RIAs and institutional<br /> investors<br /> - Maintain the fundraising CRM, prepare/update marketing presentations, create and organize due<br /> diligence materials<br /> - Communicate with existing and prospective LPs, including working with internal teams to<br /> provide frequent communication during fundraising processes for prospects and Limited Partners<br /> - Help with drafting of the quarterly and annual investor letters and participate in Annual Meeting<br /> preparations.<br /> - Experience contributing to fundraises, and familiarity with managing a network of Limited<br /> Partners relationships<br /> - Knowledge of the LP ecosystem, including insight into the requirements of the various types of<br /> LPs and consultants</div> <div>- Knowledge and experience of LP engagement cycle and closing process<br /> - Excellent grasp of the alternatives asset class</div> <div>- Reporting to CBO: Shashi Singh</div>
