With a 325+ member strong team that is set to double in the coming year, Haptik is truly poised to drive the world’s transition to AI-powered conversations.     We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven individual for the role of Partner Marketing Manager who can help us scale our Conversation Partner Program.   <h4 style="margin-top:9px; margin-bottom:15px"><a name="_lwswrxr8rek3"></a>What will you do every day?</h4> We're looking for an awesome storyteller and messaging-oriented product marketer to join our Product Marketing team. The Product Marketing Team at Haptik is the custodian of the product’s position in the market. You'll be responsible for building scalable partner marketing programs, working cross-functionally to strategize and develop content that tell the Haptiks story, show value to partners, and prospects, ultimately helping us win more customers. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building ongoing awareness of Haptik’s Products, raising the visibility of the accomplishments and establishing efficient processes to grow the entire Partner Ecosystem.   In this role, you will collaborate with our regional marketing teams, partner sales executives, operations, and digital marketing team to launch co-marketing programs that achieve shared goals.   <h4 style="margin-top:9px; margin-bottom:15px"><a name="_bv37eeve6xcf"></a>Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?</h4> <ul> <li>Release new products and features to customers, taking them from pilot to general availability for partners</li> <li>Develop product messaging and position the product informed by user research, market insights, and extensive product understanding</li> <li>Act as the main marketing contact for partners at their global and regional levels.</li> <li>Develop close relationships with our partners, collaborate on joint marketing plans that tie to revenue goals, and ensure that our relationships are mutually beneficial.</li> <li>Establish partnerships with regional marketing managers, and collaborate on activities that contribute to shared goals. </li> <li>Drive alignment and enable our Partner Sales Team on planned marketing initiatives.</li> <li>Maintain and develop strong relationships with partners to drive pipeline growth.</li> <li>Create Partner Success Stories to solidify the engagement and drive new Partnership opportunities.</li> <li>Create, execute, monitor, report, and follow up on programs to generate a targeted number of leads and inquiries</li> <li style="margin-bottom:9px">Share insights and performance reports on partner marketing engagement, enablement progress, and performance metrics.  </li> </ul> <h4 style="margin-top:9px; margin-bottom:15px"><a name="_xliqyck412c"></a>Requirements*</h4> <ul> <li>5+ years of partner/product marketing experience</li> <li>Should have a clear understanding of technical integrations with external partners</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills.</li> <li>Experience working with multiple internal and external marketing teams </li> <li>Sound understanding of SAAS Applications</li> <li style="margin-bottom:9px">Comfortable managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.  </li> </ul> * Requirements is such a strong word.
