<div>Objectives of this Role: &bull; Achieve remarkable growth and exceed sales targets. &bull; Cultivate leads and foster enduring client relationships. &bull; Realize company objectives through strategic planning, setting sales goals, meticulous performance analysis, and forecasting future success. &bull; Continuously enhance personal leadership, recruitment, and training capabilities, while ensuring the sales team employs effective strategies to meet revenue objectives.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Key Responsibilities: Your pivotal role includes, but is not limited to: &bull; Securing new logos with strategic accounts in the Enterprise Segment. &bull; Devising a focused and precise logo acquisition strategy. &bull; Expanding Mihup&#39;s applications in existing and newly acquired accounts to optimize customer benefits. &bull; Establishing vital C-Level relationships, transforming them into industry advocates. &bull; Elevating the value proposition in all interactions to facilitate successful negotiations. &bull; Strategizing, documenting, and spearheading the expansion of Mihup&#39;s usage among your clientele. &bull; Developing a profound and comprehensive understanding of each customer&#39;s business. &bull; Identifying all crucial data use cases and decision-making centers to amplify Mihup&#39;s impact within organizations. &bull; Orchestrating and leveraging Mihup&#39;s teams to maximize your influence in sales endeavors.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Education &amp; Experience: &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s Degree in any field. &bull; 4-5 years of experience in successfully selling SaaS solutions in the Enterprise segment. &bull; Previous experience in selling Cloud Telephony/Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS)/AI SaaS CRM products is imperative.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Key Skills: &bull; Proven ability to generate a robust sales pipeline rapidly. &bull; Profound knowledge of segment priorities, buying processes, cycles, and the decision-making ecosystem. &bull; Background in selling usage-based SaaS solutions or other AI/ML technologies. &bull; Demonstrated prowess in solution selling. &bull; Outstanding communication skills and confidence when engaging with C-Level, Engineering, and Architect level stakeholders. &bull; Proficiency in hunting within greenfield markets while expertly consulting with existing accounts for expansion. &bull; Strong familiarity with CRM/Sales Management Tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Freshworks). &bull; Exceptional presentation skills and adaptability in high-pressure situations. &bull; We are searching for someone who can embody the role of an Account CEO/Account Director!</div>
