Operations Leader

Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: COO
Experience: 10–18 years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Leader to own and drive key aspects of the supply chain and operations function. The role will work closely with the COO and will span manufacturing, procurement, logistics, planning and warehousing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Plant/Factory operations, ensuring efficiency, quality and timely production.

• Drive RM/PM Procurement, vendor management and cost optimisation.

• Own Demand Planning and ensure alignment between demand, production and inventory.

• Oversee Logistics and Warehousing, ensuring smooth movement and availability of finished goods.

• Build scalable processes and systems across the supply chain as the business grows.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Product and the leadership team.

What We’re Looking For

• 10–18 years of experience across Operations / Supply Chain.

• Strong experience in at least 4 of the following:
  Plant/Factory | RM/PM Procurement | Logistics | Demand Planning | Warehousing

• Candidates can come from:

  • FMCG + Startup backgrounds

  • Strong FMCG backgrounds

  • High-growth Startup/D2C environments with relevant operations exposure

• Strong execution orientation with the ability to build processes, solve operational challenges and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Someone who can operate both strategically and hands-on, and is comfortable working closely with senior leadership.
