Job Summary

The Head of Growth - Acquisition will be responsible for owning the end-to-end user growth strategy. This role requires building sharp acquisition strategies and scaling user growth sustainably, leveraging both performance marketing and innovative approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies tailored to the company's objectives.
• Analyze and optimize marketing performance across various channels to drive user growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition efforts with product enhancements and user experience improvements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
• Lead a team of growth marketers, providing guidance and support to achieve acquisition targets.
• Report on growth metrics and propose adjustments to strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7-12 years of total experience in growth marketing, preferably within a new-age consumer tech platform.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in various user acquisition channels (e.g., social media, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, paid ads, Google, Meta, etc).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Proven track record of scaling user growth sustainably.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the tech industry.

Experience

7-12 years of experience in growth marketing, specifically focusing on user acquisition strategies.
