Job Summary

We are seeking a performance-driven and detail-oriented Quick Commerce Executive to oversee daily operations across quick commerce platforms. The role focuses on maintaining catalog hygiene, tracking sales performance, executing visibility strategies, and coordinating inventory management to ensure sustainable growth and seamless platform operations.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations across quick commerce platforms, including the timely processing of Purchase Orders (POs) and maintaining high fill rates. Proactively resolve operational issues to ensure smooth order flow.
• Inventory & Catalog Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize overstocking. Manage and optimize product listings, including images, descriptions, pricing, and attributes, ensuring accuracy and maximum discoverability.
• Account & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with platform account managers to drive visibility and growth initiatives. Build strong relationships with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, and supply chain to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, inventory aging, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommend strategies to improve sales, visibility, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in E-commerce or Quick Commerce, managing platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of platform operations, inventory management, and sales analytics tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Educational Qualifications: Not specified.

• Experience working with quick commerce platforms and understanding of their operational nuances.

Salary

• Budget Range: 9 to 11 LPA (Lakh Per Annum).
