Job Title: Sales Manager – B2B (Design & Interior Solutions) Experience Required: 5+ Years Key Responsibilities Develop and manage B2B sales pipeline across assigned territories Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and direct clients Identify new business opportunities in furniture, lighting, and interior product segments Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation to closure Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups Collaborate with internal design and product teams for client requirements Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Maintain accurate records of sales activities and project updates Key Requirements 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in furniture, interiors, lighting, or related industries) Strong network with architects, designers, and industry professionals Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects efficiently Self-driven, proactive, and customer-focused approach Working Days 5 days a week + Alternate Saturdays Preferred Background Experience in furniture, interior design, lighting, or product-based companies Familiarity with project-based sales and client relationship management
