We’re scaling across DTC and marketplaces, with a strong focus on building a business that’s both fast-moving and fundamentally strong.

 

 

Role Overview

 

You’ll work directly with the founder, owning end-to-end revenue and growth across channels.

 

This role is for someone who has learned by doing, understands how different pieces of the business connect, and can drive execution independently while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Own and drive revenue across DTC and marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, etc.)

  • Manage and coordinate with marketplaces to improve visibility, conversions, and overall sales

  • Track and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly revenue metrics

  • Handle inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock movement

  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and category trends to identify growth opportunities

  • Improve conversion rates, AOV, repeat purchase rates, and overall unit economics

  • Work across marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure smooth execution

  • Identify and execute new growth levers, bundles, pricing strategies, launches, cross-sell opportunities

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and insights to drive decisions

  • Support the founder on strategic and operational initiatives

 

Who You Are

 

  • 3–5 years of experience in DTC / e-commerce / consumer brands

  • Strong understanding of marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, etc.)

  • Comfortable working with data, numbers, and performance metrics

  • Experience in inventory management / demand planning

  • Someone who has taken ownership of outcomes, not just tasks

  • Able to work independently and figure things out in a fast-moving environment

  • Detail-oriented, structured, and execution-focused
