JD - Field Acquisition Executive - Stable Money Position: Field Acquisition Executive Reports to: City Business Head About Stable Money Stable Money is India’s leading fixed investment platform. It is a marketplace which helps customers discover and invest in high-quality fixed-income products such as Fixed Deposits (FDs), RD, Bonds, Credit Cards, Mutual Funds from trusted institutions. Stable Money has 30 lac+ trusted investors, 2000cr+ bookings since inception and is backed by marquee investors such as Z47, Lightspeed, Fundamentum, Matrix Partners, RTP Global to name a few. Role Overview We are seeking high-performing and well-networked Stable Wealth Managers to acquire high-value retail customers and drive investments into Stable Money products such as Fixed Deposits, Corporate Bonds, and Mutual Funds. ● Target ticket size per customer: ₹50000 – 2 lakhs ● High-volume acquisition role via field sourcing ● Ideal for individuals used to feet-on-street sales Key Responsibilities ● Execute field activities (visits, activations, residential/commercial canvassing) to acquire retail customers. ● Acquire and onboard high-net-worth retail clients using prior industry connects and networking. ● Drive investments in Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Mutual Funds. ● Build and maintain strong sales pipelines using CRM and structured sales processes. ● Negotiate and close deals independently with minimal support. ● Leverage personal relationships to acquire customers. ● Ensure accurate MIS tracking, compliance adherence, and timely closures. ● Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets. ● Work under target pressure with a high ownership and growth mindset. ● Implement field-based strategies to maximise customer acquisition. ● Manage high-volume conversions with smaller ticket sizes. ● Conduct pitches and overcome objections to drive closures. Candidate Profile ● Minimum 3 years of client acquisition experience in banks, NBFCs, securities firms, or liability-based products. ● Strong track record of customer acquisition & sales closure. ● Must carry rich customer contacts and active networks. ● Familiar with sales rigor, process orientation & CRM usage. ● High ownership, negotiation skills, resilience under pressure. ● Graduate. ● Local city experience & network (must have worked in the same city you’re applying for). ● Proven direct sales to retail customers. ● Strong command of sales process, CRM, funnel metrics, and on ground execution. ● Fluency in English + local language. What Great Looks Like (KPIs you’ll be measured on) ● Total App installs and registrations ● Total count of invested customers per month ● FD Volume (₹) & #FDs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/renewals ● Bond Volume (₹) & #Bonds booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/renewals ● Mutual Fund Volume (₹) & #MFs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/retention ● Lead to Sale Conversion %, cycle time (TAT), cancellation/error rate Skills & Traits We Value ● Hunter mindset with high ownership thrives in the field. ● Excellent negotiation, closing, and partner management skills. ● Data-driven; strong Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with CRM tools. ● High integrity, compliant by default; clear written & verbal communication. ● Flexibility to run weekend drives/events when needed. Operating Rhythm (Example) ● Daily: stand-ups, beat execution, customer meetings, CRM updates. ● Weekly: pipeline reviews, field immersions, customer connects, marketing events. ● Monthly/Quarterly: target vs achieved, plan for next month.
