This role<br /> requires a strong understanding of Shopify’s technical aspects, customization capabilities, and<br /> e-commerce best practices. The Website Manager will work closely with marketing, design, and<br /> operations teams to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance the user experience.<br /> Responsibilities:<br /> o Oversee day-to-day operations of Shopify website, including product uploads, inventory<br /> updates, and routine maintenance.<br /> o Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth product listings and cataloging on Shopify,<br /> maintaining daily website hygiene for an optimized and up-to-date online presence..<br /> o Implement apps and integrations to improve website functionality and enhance the<br /> customer experience.<br /> o Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance, track KPIs, and provide insights<br /> for growth.<br /> o Collaborates with web design, development, and content staff to monitor and improve<br /> search engine optimization (SEO) results for the brand website.<br /> o Manage promotional banners, seasonal sales, and new product launches to ensure they<br /> align with business objectives.<br /> o Ensure the website is secure and compliant with all relevant legal and industry<br /> standards.<br /> o Regularly back up website data and implement security measures to protect customer<br /> data.<br /> Qualifications:<br /> o Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.<br /> o Proven experience managing and developing Shopify websites (minimum 2-3 years).<br /> o Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Shopify<br /> Analytics.<br /> o Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying<br /> improvement areas.<br /> o Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
