Reporting to : Poornima Subramaniam – CFO

Direct reportees : 5 direct reportees

Compensation : 70 lakhs – 75 lakhs of fixed compensation, variables will be additional + insurance

Location : Mumbai (BKC)

• Priority 1 : Life Insurance sector
• Priority 2 : General Insurance
• Priority 3 : Health Insurance

• Expertise in Contracts
• Drafting – good command and hands-on experience in drafting written statements
• Litigation – experience in managing a high profile case

• Experience in coverage of offices spread across geography
• Experience in dealing with ombudsmen
• Knowledge of NDA’s / Shareholder agreements
