Job Summary

The Product Definition Analyst 3 plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical and functional aspects of product development. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to transition from a developer role to a Product Definition Analyst.
• Utilize Draw IO for creating product diagrams and workflows.
• Analyze logs and incidents to identify areas for improvement and ensure product reliability.
• Engage in techno-functional analysis to align product features with business needs.
• Participate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on product definitions.

Qualifications

• Strong background as a Techno-Functional Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in using Draw IO for visual representation of product processes.
• Experience in analyzing logs and incidents to troubleshoot and enhance product performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
• Familiarity with product development methodologies and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional analytical tools and software.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Understanding of incident management frameworks.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a techno-functional business analyst role or similar position.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹2,800,000 per annum.
