IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team on a contract-to-hire (C2H) basis. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, particularly in IT and software engineering roles. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage vendor and stakeholder relationships effectively. The position is based in Hyderabad with a requirement to attend the office in Bangalore (Movate Whitefield) once a week. Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 10-15 days are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, scheduling interviews, coordination, and gathering job descriptions from stakeholders.
• Connect and collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
• Source and recruit IT professionals, focusing on software engineering skills.
• Utilize job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and engagement.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external recruitment partners.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on software engineering roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proficient in using Naukri and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant IT recruitment experience.
• Experience working with software engineering profiles is essential.

Environment

• Work mode: In-office.
• Location: Hyderabad with weekly travel to Bangalore office (Movate Whitefield).
• Contract duration: 6 months on payroll with Scalene.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 10-15 days preferred.

Salary

• Expected take-home salary: INR 33,000 to 35,000 per month.
• Annual salary range: Approximately INR 6 LPA.
