Role Description: As the Branding and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive branding and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, sales, and external agencies, to create and deliver impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our target audience. This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and basic understanding of digital marketing What are the expectations from the role: ● Develop and execute a brand strategy for NowPurchase and leverage appropriate marketing channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, events, and partnerships, to reach target audiences effectively. ● Develop a strategy to leverage both physical and virtual marketing channels like (Email marketing, WhatsApp etc.) that drive customer acquisition and retention for NowPurchase. ● Plan and execute events like exhibition and fairs to increase the brand awareness of NowPurchase and list out strategies how and where to participate to ensure the maximum footfall of the customers. ● Develop a brand message for NowPurchase by owning the PR strategy. ● Manage the marketing budget and track ROI to ensure marketing efforts are cost-effective and efficient. ● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to source and develop content, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation. ● Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of branding and marketing initiatives. Qualification & Experience: ● Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, communications or relevant qualification in Media, Mass Communications/Journalism ● Proven experience (5+ years) as a Branding and Marketing Manager or a similar role, preferably in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment. ● Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing principles, and industry trends. ● Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels. ● Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools. ● Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. ● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
