The Location Head - Sales will be leading a team of Cluster Managers, Sales Manager and off roll Sales Executives and will be responsible for hiring, training and managing performance of the team. He/she will manage the productivity and performance of team members and address low performers. The Location Head will be responsible for business growth and disbursement for the location.
