We are looking for a driven Performance Marketer to join our team and help scale our online presence while ensuring efficient collaboration with external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and others.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance to meet KPIs, including ROAS, CTR, CPC, and CPA.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions to maximize campaign efficiency.
Agency Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for digital marketing agencies.
- Ensure timely communication and alignment on campaign goals, performance metrics, and deliverables.
- Review agency outputs, including campaign strategies, creatives, and reports, ensuring they align with brand objectives.
- Provide actionable feedback to agencies to drive continuous improvement.
Budget Management
- Manage monthly and quarterly ad budgets to achieve optimal ROI.
- Track expenditures and allocate resources efficiently to high-performing channels.
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and present insights to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-quality ad assets.
- Partner with the product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Proficiency in advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads , and others.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to manage agency relationships.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or D2C brands is a plus.
