Job Description

  • Develop and execute the company's overall people strategy, including recruitment, talent management, performance evaluation, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

 

 

  • Design and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract top talent by spearheading initiatives on employer branding.

 

  • Develop and implement effective employee communication strategies to ensure transparent and timely information flow throughout the organization.

 

  • Collaborate with the leadership team and finance department to design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent

  • Lead the development of department goals, objectives, and systems. Provide leadership for Human Resources strategic planning.
