Job Description
- Develop and execute the company's overall people strategy, including recruitment, talent management, performance evaluation, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead the development of department goals, objectives, and systems. Provide leadership for Human Resources strategic planning.
- Design and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract top talent by spearheading initiatives on employer branding.
