Key Requirements and Job Profile

: 1. Catalogue all incoming deals.

2. Catalogue all incoming data and work products of a deal.

3. Schedule all internal and external meetings

4. Understand the complex DP accounts of all companies and master its usage.

5. Coordinate with all DP participants for execution of instructions and update of records

6. Maintain an MIS of all Banking / DP accounts.

7. Be in-charge of pledging / un-pledging / buy / sell / transfer of all securities.

8. Be responsible for maintaining records for all loan accounts.

9. Be responsible for the myriad of MISs that the management may need.

10. Be responsible for sourcing all documents internally and meticulously submitting them to third parties.

11. Follow-up with all third parties for the documents needed.

12. Be involved in mediating meetings between different law firms.

13. All third-party follow-ups for deliverables

14. Maintain the website and IPs of the Fund
