Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Bonitasoft BPM Expert with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Bonitasoft BPM development. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, workflow automation, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize business process workflows using Bonitasoft BPM.
• Customize Bonitasoft applications using Java, Groovy, and JavaScript.
• Work with Bonitasoft UI Designer, Custom Widgets, and Forms to enhance user experience.
• Integrate Bonitasoft BPM with external systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Manage BPM data handling with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Deploy and maintain BPM solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
• Troubleshoot and resolve BPM process issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Bonitasoft BPM development.
• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 and workflow automation concepts.
• Proficiency in Java, Groovy, and JavaScript for extending Bonitasoft capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
• Strong problem-solving skills and debugging expertise in BPM processes.

Additional Notes:

• This role requires a hybrid work model, with 3 days per week in-office.
• Candidates must be based in Pune, Bangalore, Noida, Mumbai, or Hyderabad for asset collection and meetings.
