Job Description
Responsibilities • Identify platforms and forums for recruitment of talented individuals in support of the growth requirements for each of the brands. • Manage a team of talent acquisitions specialists and ensure that talent is recruited per the timelines identified by the business teams. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and prepare monthly reports on the performance metrics. • Ownership of the hiring for key senior positions across brands and assisting in recruitment to ensure on-boarding of team members for critical projects Ensure optimal usage of the company’s careers page, social media, and job portals to extend the visibility of the job opportunities offered by the company. • Identify and manage the participate in job fairs, campus recruitment and other recruitment events to maintain a robust pipeline of talented prequalified candidates. • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs. Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements • MBA/PGDM Degree in HR with between 5-10 years of experience in recruitment and management of a TA team. • Strong written and verbal communication in English. • Ability to multitask and work independently on projects. • Good relationship-building capability. • .Strong knowledge of online sourcing techniques and tools • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
