ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a senior growth leader who can own the entire digital marketing engine for Eat Better Co. — across our D2C website (www.eatbetterco.com), Amazon, and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart). You will be responsible for customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and marketing P&L across all digital channels. This is a leadership role with a seat at the strategy table.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the full-funnel growth strategy across D2C, Amazon, and Q-Commerce platforms with end-to-end P&L accountability.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Q-Commerce ad platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart).
- Manage and allocate a monthly advertising budget across channels, optimizing for ROAS and CAC targets.
- Own the D2C product roadmap — prioritize website features, UX improvements, and tech deployments with internal/agency dev teams on Shopify.
- Drive CPC/CPM-based campaign strategy for marketplace and Q-Commerce, managing 100+ campaigns and 200+ keywords.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing growth team of 3–5 members across performance marketing and marketplace operations.
- Own website performance: mobile-first experience, page speed, conversion rate, and traffic growth.
- Analyze heatmaps, user flows, session recordings, and funnel data to continuously improve the customer journey.
- Maintain competitive intelligence — benchmark against D2C and FMCG peers across channels.
- Report weekly on key metrics: ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and channel-wise P&L to the Founder.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
- 5+ years in growth/performance marketing with at least 3 years managing both D2C and marketplace channels.
- Ability to give creative briefs to the marketing and content team.
- Must be super data oriented and really good with Excel.
- Proven experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹50L+ across Meta, Google, Amazon, and/or Q-Commerce platforms.
- Deep expertise in Shopify ecosystem, Google Analytics, and e-commerce tech stacks.
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with data, dashboards, and making budget decisions based on ROAS and unit economics.
- Experience with CPC-based bidding, keyword management, and sponsored ad optimization on Amazon/Q-Commerce.
- Leadership experience: hiring, mentoring, and managing marketing teams.
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience in the D2C food/FMCG/health & wellness space.
- Familiarity with ERP and order management integrations
- Experience with influencer marketing, CRM, and retention strategies.
