<div>Job Summary:</div> <div><br /> We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager / Lead to manage and grow our business with Modern Trade Customers, Pharma Chains (e.g., Apollo, MedPlus, Wellness Forever) and Institutions (HORECA) across India. This role requires strategic planning, account development, and collaborative execution to drive sustainable growth and profitability in the channel.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Key Responsibilities:</div> <div><br />  Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.<br />  Act as a single point of contact for all commercial, operational, and promotional discussions with accounts.<br />  Drive primary and secondary sales goals, ensuring consistent revenue growth.<br />  Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with accounts, including promotions, visibility, launches, and pricing strategies.<br />  Lead commercial negotiations including margins, payment terms, visibility spends, and trade marketing investments.<br />  Monitor account profitability and recommend pricing strategies or SKU rationalization as needed.<br />  Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store activations, visibility campaigns, and promotional activities to increase brand presence.<br />  Monitor ROI and effectiveness of promotions and recommend improvements.<br />  Collaborate with the supply chain and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery, stock availability, and order fulfilment.<br />  Forecast demand and manage inventory levels across accounts to minimize OOS and slow movers.</div> <div><br /> Preferred Experience:</div> <div><br />  Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.<br />  4-6 years of experience in Key Account Management/Sales within FMCG<br />  Prior experience handling Modern Trade and/or Pharma Chains is mandatory.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div>
