<div>Industry: Premium / Mass-Premium Chocolate (D2C + Marketplaces)</div>
<div>Location: Mumbai / Hybrid<br />
Experience: 5–8 years</div>
<div>What You’ll Own</div>
<div>1. Online Revenue Ownership<br />
• Own monthly & quarterly online sales targets<br />
• Build revenue through launches, bundles, limited editions, gifting<br />
• Balance growth with contribution margins (this is not discount-first)</div>
<div>2. D2C Website (Brand is the Hero)<br />
• Own Shopify store end-to-end<br />
• Ensure product pages sell the story, not just the SKU<br />
• Improve conversion through better UX, PDPs, bundles, gifting flows<br />
• Coordinate with developers/designers (no hand-holding)</div>
<div>3. Marketplaces (Smart, Not Lazy)<br />
• Manage Amazon / Flipkart / quick-commerce selectively<br />
• Decide what goes where (not all SKUs everywhere)<br />
• Own listings, pricing logic, promos, and inventory sync<br />
• Protect brand positioning while driving volume</div>
<div>4. Campaigns, Drops & Calendar Thinking<br />
• Build an annual e-commerce calendar:<br />
• Festivals<br />
• Limited drops<br />
• Collaborations<br />
• Gifting moments<br />
• Work with marketing to execute launches that feel premium, not noisy</div>
<div>5. Performance + Retention<br />
• Work with paid media team on ROAS-positive growth<br />
• Improve AOV, repeat rate, gifting frequency<br />
• Own email / WhatsApp journeys for launches & reorders</div>
<div>6. Data, Insights & Founder Updates<br />
• Track daily numbers: sales, traffic, CVR, AOV, repeat<br />
• Translate data into clear actions (not dashboards only)<br />
• Think like a mini-P&L owner for e-commerce</div>
