Industry: Premium / Mass-Premium Chocolate (D2C + Marketplaces)
Location: Mumbai / Hybrid
Experience: 5–8 years
What You’ll Own
1. Online Revenue Ownership
    •    Own monthly & quarterly online sales targets
    •    Build revenue through launches, bundles, limited editions, gifting
    •    Balance growth with contribution margins (this is not discount-first)
2. D2C Website (Brand is the Hero)
    •    Own Shopify store end-to-end
    •    Ensure product pages sell the story, not just the SKU
    •    Improve conversion through better UX, PDPs, bundles, gifting flows
    •    Coordinate with developers/designers (no hand-holding)
3. Marketplaces (Smart, Not Lazy)
    •    Manage Amazon / Flipkart / quick-commerce selectively
    •    Decide what goes where (not all SKUs everywhere)
    •    Own listings, pricing logic, promos, and inventory sync
    •    Protect brand positioning while driving volume
4. Campaigns, Drops & Calendar Thinking
    •    Build an annual e-commerce calendar:
    •    Festivals
    •    Limited drops
    •    Collaborations
    •    Gifting moments
    •    Work with marketing to execute launches that feel premium, not noisy
5. Performance + Retention
    •    Work with paid media team on ROAS-positive growth
    •    Improve AOV, repeat rate, gifting frequency
    •    Own email / WhatsApp journeys for launches & reorders
6. Data, Insights & Founder Updates
    •    Track daily numbers: sales, traffic, CVR, AOV, repeat
    •    Translate data into clear actions (not dashboards only)
    •    Think like a mini-P&L owner for e-commerce
Who This Role Is Perfect For
    •    Someone who has scaled D2C brands from early to growth stage
    •    Strong commercial thinking (pricing, bundles, margins)
    •    Understands food / FMCG realities (expiry, heat sensitivity, logistics)
    •    Can work fast, think independently, and take pressure during launches
    •    Comfortable working directly with founders
Success Looks Like
    •    Online revenue becomes a predictable growth engine
    •    Website feels like a brand experience, not a catalogue
    •    Repeat customers increase, discount dependency drops
    •    Founder trusts you to run this vertical end-to-end
