Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures for all stages of shoe manufacturing.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure objectives are met.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement in production processes to optimize quality and efficiency.
Quality Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Supplier Management: Collaborate with procurement to assess and improve supplier quality and ensure the quality of raw materials.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Training and Development: Provide training on quality control procedures and standards to production teams.
Data Analysis: Analyse quality data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, implementing methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma to enhance quality.

12 – 18 years of post – post graduation experience
Excellent problem solving, organization, critical thinking, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to clearly convey information through a variety of channels to individuals/groups of various stakeholders.
