<div>About the position<br /> Sauce is seeking a proactive, organized and experienced fund operations manager with<br /> excellent organization and management skills to support our team. This role will act as a lead<br /> for the operations and compliance for the fund. The individual will be providing executive<br /> and logistical support on the operating activities and special projects throughout the<br /> organization. We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on manager who takes initiative<br /> and flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<br /> What You&#39;ll Do<br /> &bull; Assistance in all aspects of finance, including tax, bookkeeping, reporting and banking<br /> reconciliations<br /> &bull; Support on all elements of the fund management, including fund controlling, quarterly<br /> investor reports, capital calls, distributions as well as ad-hoc analyses<br /> &bull; Development of accounting and reporting processes and controls<br /> &bull; Coordination between tax advisors and fund administration<br /> &bull; Assistance in onboarding of investors and AML checks<br /> &bull; Working with the investor relations team on investor communication and requests<br /> and ensuring a high level of service to all stakeholders<br /> What You&#39;ll Need<br /> &bull; Qualified CA professional under ICAI<br /> &bull; 5 years prior experience in a finance and/or operations role, fund services. Preference<br /> for individuals with experience of AIFs, and AIF financial operations.<br /> &bull; Experience of fund structures<br /> &bull; Deep sense for processes and advanced Excel skills<br /> &bull; Fluent in English and Hindi<br /> &bull; Experience working with internal and external stakeholders</div> <div>&bull; You are curious about new things and love to work in small, high-energy, high-<br /> conviction, cross-functional work environments</div>
