D365 CRM Technical Solution Architect
Job Summary
The D365 CRM Technical Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (D365 CRM) environments. This role will collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure technology solutions align with business goals and best practices. The position is contract-based and part-time, with immediate start availability.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-quality D365 CRM solutions according to business requirements.
- Oversee the technical implementation of D365 CRM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including guidance on best practices and troubleshooting.
- Ensure solution compliance with security, data integrity, and organizational standards.
- Conduct code and solution reviews to maintain quality and performance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Proven experience in solution architecture and technical leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of D365 CRM modules, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in system design, data modeling, and process mapping.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect) are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Azure services and integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with data migration and transformation in D365 CRM environments.
- Prior exposure to customer-facing roles or consulting engagements.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in D365 CRM solution architecture, technical design, and implementation.
- Experience leading technical teams or projects in enterprise environments is preferred.
Environment
- Contractual, part-time position.
- Can accommodate remote or flexible work arrangements depending on project/client requirements.
- May require occasional client site visits based on project needs.
