Job Summary

The Marketing & Brand Strategy Intern will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for various clients. This role involves collaborating with team members to enhance brand messaging, manage advertising campaigns, and conduct market research. The intern will gain hands-on experience and direct mentorship from the agency's founder.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and management of content calendars for clients.
• Support the setup and optimization of campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
• Conduct audience targeting and generate basic performance reports.
• Research and analyze competitor and industry trends to inform strategy.
• Coordinate effectively between design/content interns and client requirements.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for marketing strategies and brand tone.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Basic knowledge of advertising tools, particularly Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with research methodologies and trend analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in marketing or advertising is a plus but not mandatory.
• Basic graphic design skills or knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Interest in brand development and marketing strategy.

Experience

• No prior experience is required; however, relevant coursework or projects in marketing or advertising would be beneficial.

Environment

This internship is remote, allowing for flexibility in work hours and promoting a work-from-home culture across Pan-India.

Salary

This is an unpaid internship position.
