Job Description

Mandatory Skills
TEST PLANNING, MONITORING & CONTROL

OnBase Tester Experience: 3+ years Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test
cases, and test scripts for OnBase applications and upgrades. Perform functional, regression, integration,
and user acceptance testing (UAT) for OnBase workflows and modules. Identify, document, and track
defects using test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.). Validate system performance, security, and
compliance requirements. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure
quality standards. Support UAT testing and assist in troubleshooting issues reported by users. Skills &
Qualifications: Hands-on experience in testing OnBase/ECM solutions, workflows, and integrations. Strong
knowledge of OnBase modules, document processing, and automation workflows. Experience with SQL for
data validation and API testing tools like Postman. Familiarity with automation testing frameworks
(Selenium) is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. OnBase Certification
(OCSA, OCWA) is an advantage.
