<p>Job Title: Brand Manager&nbsp;</p> <p>Location: Vikhroli ,Mumbai &ndash; 6 days working &ndash; 10am to 6:30 pm</p> <p>Reporting To: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)</p> <p>Travel Requirement: Occasional travel for brand activations and market visits</p> <p>__________________________________________________________________________________________</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>&bull;Brand Strategy &amp; Positioning &amp; execution</p> <p>O Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans for Pens, Markers &amp; Adhesives categories in line with DOMS&rsquo; overall brand architecture and strategic objectives.</p> <p>O Identify key consumer segments, usage occasions, and whitespace opportunities for category expansion.</p> <p>&bull;Marketing &amp; Communication</p> <p>O Conceptualize, create, and oversee marketing campaigns&mdash;digital, ATL, BTL, and in-store&mdash;for product launches, promotions, and category-specific initiatives.</p> <p>O Craft compelling content and narratives across formats (packaging, digital assets, print collaterals, POS materials, etc.).</p> <p>O Collaborate with creative agencies, content creators, and internal design teams to ensure high-impact communication across channels.</p> <p>&bull;Activations &amp; Events</p> <p>O Plan and manage brand activations such as Kidzania partnerships, exhibitions, school outreach programs, and trade fairs.</p> <p>O Ensure brand consistency and engagement through memorable consumer experiences.</p> <p>&bull;Product &amp; Portfolio Management</p> <p>O&nbsp; Work closely with the Product Development and R&amp;D teams to influence product innovation, packaging design, and pricing strategies based on consumer insights and market trends.</p> <p>Maintain a strong pulse on competitor activity and consumer trends to drive differentiation and relevance.</p> <p>&bull;Performance Monitoring &amp; Insights</p> <p>oTrack brand and category performance through market data, sales reports, and consumer feedback.</p> <p>oAnalyze campaign ROI and brand health metrics; optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.</p> <p>________________________________________</p> <p>Who You Are</p> <p>&bull;A creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for building brands.</p> <p>&bull;Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>&bull;Consumer-obsessed, insight-driven, and detail-oriented.</p> <p>&bull;Comfortable collaborating across departments and managing external partners</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Qualifications &amp; Experience</p> <p>&bull;MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing/Brand Management from a reputed institution.</p> <p>&bull;2 years plus experience in brand management or advertising, preferably in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Stationery, or advertising sector.</p> <p>&bull;Proven track record of managing brands or product portfolios, with experience in ATL/BTL and digital marketing.</p> <p>&bull;Experience with children&rsquo;s or youth-oriented brands is a plus.</p>
