Job Title: Brand Manager
Location: Vikhroli ,Mumbai – 6 days working – 10am to 6:30 pm
Reporting To: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Travel Requirement: Occasional travel for brand activations and market visits

Key Responsibilities
•Brand Strategy & Positioning & execution
O Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans for Pens, Markers & Adhesives categories in line with DOMS’ overall brand architecture and strategic objectives.
O Identify key consumer segments, usage occasions, and whitespace opportunities for category expansion.
•Marketing & Communication
O Conceptualize, create, and oversee marketing campaigns—digital, ATL, BTL, and in-store—for product launches, promotions, and category-specific initiatives.
O Craft compelling content and narratives across formats (packaging, digital assets, print collaterals, POS materials, etc.).
O Collaborate with creative agencies, content creators, and internal design teams to ensure high-impact communication across channels.
•Activations & Events
O Plan and manage brand activations such as Kidzania partnerships, exhibitions, school outreach programs, and trade fairs.
O Ensure brand consistency and engagement through memorable consumer experiences.
•Product & Portfolio Management
O Work closely with the Product Development and R&D teams to influence product innovation, packaging design, and pricing strategies based on consumer insights and market trends.
Maintain a strong pulse on competitor activity and consumer trends to drive differentiation and relevance.
•Performance Monitoring & Insights
oTrack brand and category performance through market data, sales reports, and consumer feedback.
oAnalyze campaign ROI and brand health metrics; optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Experience
•MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing/Brand Management from a reputed institution.
•2 years plus experience in brand management or advertising, preferably in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Stationery, or advertising sector.
•Proven track record of managing brands or product portfolios, with experience in ATL/BTL and digital marketing.
•Experience with children’s or youth-oriented brands is a plus.
