<p>Own end to end compliance for the Indian entity including Financial Audit, RBI, STPI, MCA and other regulatory filings including:</p>

</ul> <ul> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Periodic Tax and Statutory payments like EPF, ESI, state taxes etc.</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Periodic Regulatory Filings with RBI and MCA</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;STPI and export related compliances</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Annual Audit and Tax Filings</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Facilitate Board Meetings</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Assistance with Global compliance and regulatory filings</p>

<p>Requirements</p>

</ul> <ul> <li> <p>● &nbsp;CA with 7-10 years of experience with strong knowledge of Indian Accounting</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Experience working with a Big 4 firm is a plus</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Have handled Global Financial Operations particularly Accounts Receivable</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Ownership of financials operations workflows to support Corporate/ Global team</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Familiarity with NetSuite</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Conversant with MS Office,</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Excellent written and communication skills</p> </li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div>
