Key Responsibilities

 

Warehouse Operations

            •           Oversee daily warehouse functioning, ensuring cleanliness(with the help), organisation & safety.

            •           Responsible for picking, packing, QC, and dispatching all online orders.

            •           Ensure proper storage, binning, and stock arrangement for easy retrieval.

            •           Manage inward stock — receiving items, verifying quantities, and updating records.

 

Order Processing & Fulfillment

            •           Process orders on Shopify and coordinate dispatch through courier partners.

            •           Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, including same-day/next-day dispatch.

            •           Manage NDR/RTO cases and coordinate follow-ups to reduce returns.

 

Returns & Reverse Logistics

            •           Handle product returns from customers or courier partners.

            •           Inspect returned items, segregate salable/damaged stock, and update Zoho & Shopify.

            •           Manage replacement or refund workflows as per process.

 

Inventory Management

            •           Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse, Zoho & Shopify.

            •           Perform stock audits (daily cycle counts, weekly checks, monthly audits).

            •           Make inventory adjustments for damages, returns, or miscounts.

            •           Ensure real-time stock sync between Zoho and Shopify.

 

Labelling, Tagging & Product Handling

            •           Manage barcoding, labelling, tagging, and SKU identification.

            •           Ensure every SKU is organised and trackable within the warehouse.

 

PO & PR Creation (Zoho)

            •           Create Purchase Orders (POs) and Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in Zoho.

            •           Maintain documentation for stock received, shortages, and vendor coordination.

 

Reporting & Documentation

            •           Prepare monthly inventory and warehouse performance reports.

            •           Maintain inward/outward registers, reconciliation sheets, and daily dispatch logs.

            •           Provide ad-hoc reports as required by management.

Requirements

            •           1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations experience.

            •           Hands-on experience with Shopify and Zoho Inventory/Books preferred.

            •           Knowledge of picking, packing, QC and dispatch processes.

            •           Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

            •           Ability to lift and move packages as required.

            •           Comfort with spreadsheets and basic reporting.

            •           Reliable, punctual, and disciplined with warehouse processes.
