Accounting -

● Owner for the accounting function for the organization

● Oversight of billing & collections process

● Responsible for book closing Monthly/Yearly with the assistance of CA firm or team members.

● Contract and vendor management

 

Compliances -

● Liaison with the Statutory auditor of the Company

● Handling all statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, RBI, MCA, PT, etc.

 

Routine operation function -

● Interact with various teams internally to execute relevant roles and responsibilities

● Prepare internal documents such as employment letters, vouchers etc.

● Process payroll through Razorpay and other vendor payments

● Liaise with bankers and external vendors for smooth functioning of company operations.

 

Financial Planning and Analysis -

● Reporting of Monthly MIS to the top management & Investors

● Responsible for the tracking actuals, annual Budgeting, Variance Analysis

 

Treasury Management -

● Managing the day to day working capital requirement of the Company

● Deploying surplus funds in the securities with no risk to capital

 

Who can apply -

● Post Graduate/ Graduate + CA inter with relevant experience, preferably worked in a startup
