Job Summary

The IT Service Management (ITSM) role is designed to work closely with clients to understand and advise on technical and functional requirements. This position plays a critical part in developing solutions and effort estimation, ultimately contributing to the organization's goals by ensuring that customer needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for pre-sales activities for Service Management and solution designing based on technologies such as ServiceNow, Remedy, SummitAI, Cherwell, etc.
  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), scoping, and solutions with proper documentation.
  • Collaborate and support internal teams (e.g., Presales, architects, and sales) in the implementation of customer presentations, workshops, offers, and addressing technical and functional issues.
  • Generate leads for IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) services.
  • Govern relationships with required partners and stakeholders.
  • Work independently with prospects, customers, and technical teams on scoping and solutioning.
  • Prepare and execute design workshops.
  • Question and clarify requirements by distinguishing between needs and wishes.
  • Advise customers on the best technical and functional solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in ITSM.
  • Strong knowledge of Service Management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability in solution design and pre-sales activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) frameworks.
  • Previous experience in customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Skills in project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of additional ITSM platforms beyond the ones mentioned (e.g., BMC Helix, Freshservice).

Experience

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT Service Management or related fields is required.

Environment

  • The position is available for full-time work and is open to candidates across PAN India.
  • The work setting may be flexible, potentially allowing for remote or hybrid arrangements.

Salary

  • Estimated salary range is ₹2,500,000 annually.
