Role Overview
The People & Talent Lead will play a central role in building the team that drives Rasayanam forward. The focus of this role is to attract strong talent, run disciplined hiring processes, ensure smooth onboarding, and help strengthen a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high standards.
This role works closely with the founder and functional leaders to ensure the company consistently hires individuals who take responsibility, solve problems, and contribute to building the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Hiring & Talent Building
Lead end-to-end recruitment across functions.
Work with hiring managers to define role expectations and hiring criteria.
Build candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels including referrals, LinkedIn, and recruitment partners.
Run structured and efficient hiring processes from sourcing to offer.
Ensure strong candidate experience and timely hiring decisions.
Onboarding & Team Integration
Design and manage structured onboarding for new hires.
Ensure new team members understand their responsibilities, expectations, and company values.
Support managers in integrating new hires effectively during the early months.
Culture & Team Environment
Reinforce a culture built on ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
Work with leaders to maintain strong team alignment and healthy working dynamics.
Help address employee concerns and support constructive resolution when needed.
People Operations
Manage key HR processes including offer letters, onboarding documentation, and employee records.
Support implementation of internal policies and HR processes.
Ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes.
Candidate Profile
4–6 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or people operations.
Experience in startups or high-growth companies preferred.
Strong ability to identify and attract high-ownership talent.
Comfortable working closely with founders and cross-functional teams.
Hands-on and able to operate in fast-moving environments.
