Salesforce Developer
Position: Salesforce Lead / Architect
Experience Level: 8 to 12 years (based on role)
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Salesforce Development Team to support ongoing and upcoming
projects. The team will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce-
based applications and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and
Lightning Components.
● Configure and customize Salesforce features, including workflows, validation rules, and
process builders.
● Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems.
● Participate in requirements gathering, technical design discussions, and code reviews.
● Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, deployment, and documentation.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into
technical solutions.
Required Skills:
● 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and
Flows.
● At least 2 years in technical leadership or architect role.
● Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Education Cloud or Education Data
Architecture (EFA).
● Experience with OmniStudio
● Proven experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions using both declarative and
programmatic approaches.
● Deep knowledge of platform limits, governor limits, API integrations, and security model.
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.
● Salesforce Platform Developer II and Application/System Architect certifications strongly
preferred.
● Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, Apex, Lightning Web Components
(LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
● Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
● Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce (like Gearset, Copado) is a plus.
● Salesforce certifications (Developer, Admin, Architect) are highly desirable.
