Led by its Managing Partner, Mrugank Paranjape, the team at MC3 has 5 partners, 10+ people and in a short span of 1 year 6 client mandates. Cumulatively the team has an experience of over 200+ man years in the domain of Fund Management, Securities Services, Commodities, Currencies and Exchanges.

Designation: Manager Business Development
Department/Team: Broking, Fund Management and Securities Services
Location: Mumbai
Role & Responsibility:
- Originate, manage and nurture key client relationships partners at the senior executive as well as working group level across various verticals.
- Lead development and testing of new business opportunities.
- Offer MCQube services and products to Broking Companies, Asset Management Companies, Securities Services, Banks and Insurance Companies.
- Conceptualise and run MCQube led client and industry events.
- Collaborate with MCQube management and internal teams to drive business development initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Finance
- Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 year experience in Sales and Business Development covering Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies and Brokers.
- Existing client relationships in target client segment.
- Knowledge of capital market, custody services, fund administration, fund management and broking business.
- Soft skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, networking and relationship management.
- Certifications: Preferable to have Capital Market certifications
