Web Developer and SEO

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer and SEO specialist to join our team in Jaipur. This role combines the technical expertise of website development, particularly using WordPress, with the strategic skills necessary for effective SEO analytics and optimization. The successful candidate will work on both web development projects and SEO initiatives to improve the visibility and performance of our websites. This is an internship or contractual position with an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites according to project requirements.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website rankings and organic traffic.
• Analyze website analytics and generate actionable SEO reports.
• Optimize web content, meta tags, and site structure for search engines.
• Collaborate with other team members to integrate SEO best practices into website development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web development and SEO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in web development and SEO.
• Proficient in WordPress development, including themes and plugins.
• Strong understanding of SEO analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with website speed optimization and mobile responsiveness.
• Understanding of content management systems and e-commerce platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with local SEO strategies.
