<div>The Chief Operating Officer (CAO) will oversee the daily administrative operations of GIFT City, with a strong focus on fund<br />
administration, compliance, Sales, customer service, operations and taxation. The role will ensure efficient and effective<br />
management of resources, compliance with regulations, and alignment with strategic goals.</div>

<div>Primary job responsibilities:<br />
Strategic Planning: Provide input for business and strategic planning and set goals for departments and individual<br />
managers within the financial services division.<br />
Fund Administration: Oversee fund administration activities, including fund accounting, financial reporting, net asset<br />
value (NAV) calculation, and investor communications.<br />
Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards specific to the GIFT city<br />
regulations, financial services industry, and manage risk effectively.<br />
Legal Oversight: Manage legal matters related to the financial services division, ensuring adherence to legal<br />
requirements and mitigating legal risks.<br />
Sales and Business Development: Develop sales plans, budgets, and marketing strategies, and implement targeted<br />
customer programs.<br />
Customer Services: Oversee customer service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effective<br />
resolution of issues.<br />
Resource Allocation: Oversee resource allocation and budgeting to ensure optimal use of resources within the<br />
financial services division.<br />
Performance Evaluation: Establish and monitor performance metrics for different departments, ensuring alignment<br />
with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.<br />
Leadership: Provide direction and guidance to the administrative team, fostering a culture of excellence and<br />
continuous improvement.</div>

<div>Knowledge and skills required for the role:<br />
Proven track record of strategic planning, policy implementation, and resource management.<br />
Knowledge of Fund Administration, Audits, Taxation and Operations.<br />
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.<br />
Ability to work collaboratively with senior executives and stakeholders.<br />
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and taxation in the financial services industry.<br />
Strong understanding of sales, distribution, and marketing in investment/wealth management space.<br />
Excellent analytical, problem - solving, and decision-making abilities.<br />
Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects with precision and efficiency.</div>

<div>Educational Qualifications:<br />
Professional certification (CA/CFA/CS) or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or MBA.</div>
