Money View is looking to bring onboard a Business Head for their newly launched Home Loan
vertical. This person will have overall P&L responsibility for the business and is expected to build
a scalable profitable business. The role will report to the Chief Business Officer (CBO).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Driving the strategic direction as well as business delivery for Home Loans business
 Responsible for overall business performance - topline (revenues), bottom line (costs
and margins) and customer satisfaction.
 Responsible for building partnerships with NBFCs and Banks
 Setting up and growing existing channels, developing alternate sourcing channels, and
achieving business targets
 Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures as per regulatory guidelines

EXPERIENCE
 12+ years of work experience in the lending domain with specific experience in Home
Loan/LAP
 Good track record in building and scaling a business
 Ability to create a strategic roadmap to achieve business objectives and get buy-ins from
leadership team
 Ability to work with multiple teams across Product, Marketing and Engineering
 Excellent analytical and business skills and ability to use data and metrics for decision
making.
 Experience in working across multiple products and exerting a high degree of influence
across several teams/ functions.
 Should have worked in a fast-paced environment where the requirements are constantly
evolving.
