Job Description
<p>We are seeking a dynamic individual with a blend of marketing creativity, analytical skills, and industry experience to drive effective marketing strategies for the Trial Business team.</p>

<p>Roles and Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Drive topline and bottom-line growth in line with company objectives.</li>
<li>Monitor revenue, margin and their contribution to overall business targets.</li>
<li>Regularly review category performance and present updates to senior management.</li>
<li>Identify gaps and opportunities in the category to ensure growth on a month-on-month basis.</li>
<li>Develop and implement category strategies, including pricing, product assortment, and promotional plans.</li>
<li>Benchmark category performance against competitors and industry trends.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the sourcing and procurement teams to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce inventory risks.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Category Ops, Category Marketing, CRM and Media teams to ensure proper visibility of respective categories</li>
<li>Devise strategies to increase traffic and conversion metrics by closely monitoring all category funnels.</li>
<li>Analyze customer behaviour, market trends, and feedback to sharpen the category strategy.</li>
<li>Utilize data to identify consumer preferences and ensure the category meets evolving customer needs.</li>
<li>Develop pricing strategies to drive volume, optimize margins, and maintain competitive positioning.</li>
<li>Partner with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align on category goals and execution plans.</li>
<li>Generate and analyse weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track category performance.</li>

<p>SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in category marketing management</li>
<li>Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.</li>
<li>Proficiency in analyzing data and deriving actionable insights.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Proven track record of successful campaign ideation and execution.</li>
