Job Summary
The HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting various HR functions across the organization. Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in using an HR Information System (HRIS).
