Experience: 10+ Years from Oil/ Chemical/ Lubricant Industries/ Adhesives Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Budget: Job Responsibility:  Procurement of materials by estimating the cost on the basis of monthly planning received by the production department or on the basis of Indents received from various locations like factory, HO, Branch offices.  Procurement of Direct & Indirect material, Capex & maintenance procurement Managing, Planning and assurance for procurement of several category items._  Planning, Monitoring, Measurement and review of Purchase orders, advance payment & delivery timelines.  Planning & ordering Packaging material – HDPE Drums, HDPE Carboys, IBC, MS Barrels.  Handling and finalizing all major contracts for projects and project related material with proper project tracking, costing and completion of report.  Finalizing of orders/ contracts by doing all the costing and approvals.  Checking draft of the Purchase Order and approvals. Checking of Vendor invoices and approvals for payments.  Vendor development, and Vendor Management with Stakeholder and Negotiation.  Handling team members with coordination of seniors and all other departments to ensure the department activities will go smoothly and efficiently.  Preparation of MIS report daily/ monthly basis.  Forecasting
