Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to architect and implement scalable full-stack features. This role is pivotal in enhancing user experiences through dynamic UI components and robust backend services, allowing for the integration of AI-driven features and social capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable full-stack features across the application.
• Enhance and maintain dynamic UI components and pages using Next.js and React.
• Build and optimize backend services and API integrations using Node.js.
• Integrate AI-driven features, including OpenAI chat and daily reflection analysis.
• Develop social features such as tribes, profiles, and public feeds.
• Ensure responsive and clean design utilizing SCSS and Bootstrap.
• Maintain clean, strongly typed code throughout the stack, emphasizing quality and organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js (App Router), and TypeScript (TSX).
• Solid backend experience with Node.js and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms.
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs (e.g., OpenAI).
• Strong understanding of state management using Redux Toolkit.
• Proficiency in SCSS and familiarity with responsive design frameworks.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, early-stage product environments.
• Available with at least a 4-hour overlap with Pacific Standard Time.

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude.
• Experience building social or AI-powered platforms.

Experience
