Job Description

 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead sourcing for the Direct/Indirect Services categories. The primary responsibility being that of identifying company’s needs, and suitably designing and executing sourcing strategies, both short and long term.
• Develop supplier partnerships to align with the Indirect category strategy and drive supplier performance excellence.

• Secure supplier selection and execute contracts to ensure commitment on cost, quality and delivery and mitigate potential risks associated with SLAs
• Drive cost reduction initiatives across the Services category for improved commercials and SLAs
• Design and optimize the sourcing processes across Direct/Indirect Services categories to drive efficiency
• -Manage the category team by providing direction and mentoring in order to effectively execute the category goals and ready the team members for future roles
