Job Summary
The Relationship Manager is responsible for closing property transactions, managing end-to-end client relationships, and achieving monthly revenue targets through site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound leads for residential real estate projects.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Conduct site visits, project walkthroughs, and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with clients and developers.
- Drive negotiations, booking, and closure of deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates (leads, site visits, closures).
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sales support.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate degree; MBA preferred (not mandatory).
- Experience: Background in real estate brokerage or developer sales preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability.
- Customer-first mindset with ownership attitude.
- High energy, result-oriented, and target-driven.
- Basic understanding of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA).
- Comfortable with site visits and field sales.
Preferred Skills
- Immediate to 15-day joiners preferred.
Experience
- Preferred experience in real estate sales or brokerage, but specific years of experience not specified.
