<div>The Role<br />
As a Sourcing Manager – Electrical &amp; Electronics, you will be responsible for sourcing,<br />
evaluating, and managing suppliers for electrical and electronic components used in Zeno’s<br />
electric motorcycles. This includes sourcing wiring harnesses, connectors, sensors,<br />
controllers, power electronics, switches, display units, lighting, and embedded electronic<br />
systems.<br />
This role requires deep knowledge of automotive-grade electrical components, high-voltage<br />
systems, supplier qualification, and EMI/EMC compliance, with experience sourcing<br />
electrical and electronic parts for two-wheelers or electric vehicles.<br />
What You Will Do<br />
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for electrical and electronic components,<br />
ensuring cost, quality, and supply reliability.</div>
<div> Identify and manage relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers specializing in<br />
wiring harnesses, harness child parts, PCB assemblies, control modules, sensors,<br />
power electronics, and vehicle communication systems.<br />
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure supplier capabilities align with vehicle<br />
electrical architecture, CAN communication, and power distribution requirements.<br />
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to optimize cost, lead times, and<br />
supply reliability.<br />
Ensure supplier compliance with automotive safety, durability, and EMI/EMC quality<br />
standards.<br />
Monitor supplier performance, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and drive<br />
cost-down strategies without compromising quality.<br />
Develop a risk management framework to mitigate disruptions in supply chains,<br />
semiconductor shortages, and lead time challenges.<br />
Knowledge wiring components, sensors, displays, and embedded electronics<br />
components to be resistant to environmental conditions such as heat, vibration, water<br />
exposure, and dust and sourcing of such components<br />
Support supplier audits, validation processes, and manufacturing process<br />
optimization to improve efficiency and reliability.<br />
What You Bring<br />
5-6 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within<br />
the automotive, electrical, or electronics industry.<br />
Deep knowledge of electrical and electronic component suppliers, particularly in the<br />
motorcycle, EV, or automotive sector.<br />
Experience working with wiring harnesses, PCB assemblies, power electronics, and<br />
digital displays.<br />
Proficiency in cost estimation, supplier development, and commercial negotiations.<br />
Technical understanding of vehicle electrical architectures, CAN communication<br />
protocols, and EMC requirements.<br />
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams<br />
to ensure supplier alignment.<br />
Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.<br />
Great to Haves<br />
Experience working for a Tier 1 supplier or OEM in sourcing, procurement, or supplier<br />
quality functions.<br />
Knowledge of electric vehicle-specific components, such as onboard chargers, DC-<br />
DC converters, and motor controllers.<br />
Experience in thermal management solutions for electronic components.<br />
Familiarity with automotive electronic quality standards (ISO 26262, IATF 16949)<br />
and EMI/EMC compliance testing.<br />
Understanding of emerging technologies in vehicle electronics, such as smart<br />
dashboards, connectivity modules, and telematics systems.</div>
