The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating high quality sweets and snacks and have expertise in both traditional and contemporary Indian desserts and savory snacks. The ideal candidate should be motivated to work in a growing environment and want to contribute across multiple areas, including managing production, quality control, new recipe development, building a kitchen staff team (hiring and training), setting SOPs for the highest standards of hygiene and safety, and other responsibilities.</span></span></span></p>
