Job Description –
- Lead your team with enthusiasm and ensure their work is accurate and up-to-date.
- Take full responsibility client satisfaction – samples, orders, enquiries and on time delivery
- Hold weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with management to discuss your team, clients, and process improvements.
- Keep all client-related documents up-to-date and readily available. Create a Standard Operating Procedure to maintain smooth flow of work within the company. Maintain and update client data sheets/ quality manuals/ order process documents
- Complete assigned tasks within set deadlines.
- Visit clients frequently – for order closure, feedback and to judge their satisfaction
- Stay informed about market trends and advise clients accordingly, showcasing new collections promptly.
- Maintain prompt communication with the sales team and clients through all necessary channels.
- Act as a liason between the merchandising team & our factories to ensure smooth flow of production & timely delivery of goods.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly performance evaluations for your team.
Salary – 7L to 9L CTC depending on experience.
No salary bar for right candidate.
