<div>Role Overview: As the Retail Business Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of<br />
our retail business, including sales, operations, and customer experience. You will develop and execute<br />
strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and enhance brand visibility within the retail<br />
sector.</div>

<div>Roles & Responsibilities:</div>

1.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies aligned with the<br />
company's overall objectives and growth targets.<br />
2. Sales Management: Drive sales performance across retail channels, including company owned stores,<br />
franchise outlets, and third-party retailers. Monitor sales metrics, analyse trends, and identify<br />
opportunities for improvement.</div>
<div>3. Retail Operations: Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring compliance with company policies<br />
and standards. Streamline processes to optimize efficiency and maximize profitability.<br />
4. Merchandising and Inventory Management: Work closely with the product development and supply<br />
chain teams to develop effective merchandising strategies and manage inventory levels to meet<br />
customer demand.<br />
5. Store Development: Lead the expansion and development of retail outlets, including site selection,<br />
store design, and layout planning. Ensure a consistent brand experience across all retail<br />
touchpoints.<br />
6. Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric approach to retail operations, focusing on<br />
delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term customer relationships.<br />
7. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor retail staff to ensure high performance and job<br />
satisfaction. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment conducive to achieving business<br />
goals.<br />
8. Financial Management: Develop and manage retail budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor<br />
financial performance and take corrective actions as needed to achieve targets. End to End<br />
ownership of P&L.<br />
9. Retail Stores Ownership: Responsible for the entire lifecycle of retail stores and identifying new<br />
locations, negotiating leases, understanding of store layouts, managing construction or<br />
renovations, hiring and training staff, implementing inventory management systems, overseeing<br />
day-to-day operations, and ultimately deciding when to close a store if it's not performing well.</div>

<div>Requirements:<br />
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience<br />
- Good verbal and written communication skills<br />
- Graduate/MBA from a Tier-1 university (preferable)</div>
