Job Summary

The AEM QA (Adobe Experience Manager Quality Assurance) role at Trantor is designed to ensure the highest quality of digital products delivered to clients. This position involves rigorous testing of the AEM platform, identifying issues, and ensuring the functionality, performance, and usability of applications.

Responsibilities

  • Execute manual and automated tests on AEM applications to ensure functionality meets the requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand the application features and create comprehensive test plans.
  • Document and track defects and improvements in a systematic way, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.
  • Assist in mentoring junior QA analysts and promote best practices within the QA team.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Experience with testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
  • Experience with SQL and database testing is a plus.

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably focused on AEM.

Environment

This position may involve working in a hybrid environment, including both remote and on-site work as needed.
